President and Owner
Roger purchased Showcase Marketing in March of 2001 . Prior to purchasing Showcase Marketing, Roger worked as a management consultant to the construction and building trades industry and has held other management positions within the building materials industry. Roger’s prior experience also includes eight years' experience with Payless Cashways Building Materials (Furrow Building Materials) as a sales and management trainer supporting 44 retail sales units in Michigan, Ohio, and Kentucky and surrounding states. Roger’s extensive sales, training and management experience is complimented by a B.S. degree from Youngstown State University. Roger services and supports our western OH, KY, and W VA territories.

David has worked in a variety of skilled labor positions in both interior and exterior, residential and commercial construction. He brought his knowledge and experience of building materials to Showcase Marketing in 2000 and managed his territory for 13 years, 2000-2013. David left Showcase to pursue opportunities in healthcare after attending Ivy Tech College and becoming a licensed Registered Nurse. He joined an industry leading manufacturer and distributor of medical supplies, Medline Industries. He was with Medline for 6 years managing a team of 30 field employees. David is thrilled to be back with Showcase Marketing Associates. David services and supports our IN territory.

As a veteran of the US Navy, Sean brings a high degree of professionalism, maturity and a dedicated work ethic to Showcase Marketing Associates, Inc. Complimenting his military experience, Sean brings 21 years of professional sales and service experience to Showcase having worked in both the residential and commercial divisions of ADT Security. He excelled in both divisions and advanced to lead technician. As the lead technician, Sean took on the added responsibilities of developing and training new hires, served as expert counsel for his peers, and was the ADT local liaison between management and employees. His sales experience, service and support focus, and performance mindset will further strengthen the “added value” and commitment that Showcase brings to our trade partners. Sean services and supports our MI, IL, and western KY territories.

Jeff began his career in the building industry in 1989 with a large national home improvement chain based out of Pennsylvania. There he gained experience in sales and all the basic building techniques, nomenclature, and blueprint reading. He managed a store for them until 1999 when he moved on to another opportunity. In 2001 he began working as a territory rep in Ohio for a Nationally recognized millwork distributor. This addition experience gave him a valuable background of windows and doors. While growing his customer base he developed many lifelong friendships in the process. In 2013 he joined the Showcase team. "I have been blessed to work for Showcase and am able to apply all my related work experience to supporting our manufacturers and customers."

Gerry is a member of the SMA team and brings more than 25 years experience in the building materials / home improvement industry. He has worked in the restoration and remodeling areas of construction up to and including being a business owner, working for both Lowe’s and for Home Depot working as a Kitchen Designer and Pro Services Outside Sales Manager creating relationships with contractors and driving Pro Desk sales growth. Gerry is a seasoned professional with a broad range of building materials product knowledge and sales experience enabling him to become a trusted source of product knowledge and an outstanding trainer. He is committed to outstanding customer satisfaction, as well as, honesty, integrity, and outstanding service and support to our wholesalers and dealers.
Personally, Gerry enjoys all things involved with automobiles and motorcycles, motorsports photography, classic cars, and restoring his own antique motorcycle. Gerry is a family man who loves to cook for his wife of 20 years, and spends quality time on sports like golf & soccer with his two sons.
Gerry services eastern OH and western PA and works diligently to support his wholesalers and dealers in helping them grow their sales.

Showcase Marketing is very pleased to announce the addition of Mike Leonard to the Showcase Marketing Associates, Inc. team. Mike will be our new TN Territory Manager effective 9/1/24.
Mike is a proven 30-year veteran in the building materials industry. Mike began his career with a regional lumber company based in East Tennessee. Over the years, Mike has worked in residential and commercial sales and secured many commercial projects to include eight Wal-Marts. Most recently, Mike served as a TN Territory Sales Manager for a large regional wholesale distributor. Through his vast experience, he has learned and demonstrated the importance of providing genuine customer service and has built outstanding business and personal relationships.
Personally, Mike is an avid Chicago Cubs fan and makes an annual trip to Wrigley Field. He and his wife have three grown children, two of which were collegiate tennis players.
Keith is a proven veteran in the building materials industry, having been involved in sales, marketing, and advertising. Even from the young age of 12, Keith helped his parents with their marketing business and as a young professional listened to online self-improvement and salesmanship training courses. Keith later pursued his passion for business by earning his bachelor’s degree as a Marketing Major at Michigan State University.
Keith has supported, managed, and developed territories for industry leading wholesalers and manufacturers and has a demonstrated track record of success in growing sales, market expansion, and building brand awareness. He has extensive project management and architectural specification experience and wide-ranging product knowledge encompassing siding, decking, foundations, and water management.
Keith is a dedicated husband and father and coaches his son’s flag football and soccer teams and enjoys swimming, golfing, jet-skiing, and playing soccer. He loves to cook for his family and enjoys spending time with his two boys and their three dogs.
Customer Service & Inside Sales Support
Prior to joining Showcase Marketing, Charlotte worked most recently as a Customer Service representative for one of the premier insurance agencies in the US. Her 20 years of outstanding customer service support along with her extensive field sales support skills provide Showcase Marketing with "Value Added" support to our wholesale partners and dealer account base. Charlotte is located at our corporate office in Troy, Ohio.
